Before placing an order, please carefully read the terms below.
They were created to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for both sides. By hiring my services, you are agreeing to the conditions outlined here. All prices mentioned are in USD.1. Payment and Transaction Conditions
Payment Method:Payments are accepted exclusively via PayPal.Order Confirmation: To confirm your order, a deposit of 100% or 50% of the total value is required. This payment must be made within 48 hours after confirming the order. If payment is not made within this time frame, your order will be moved to the waiting list.Installments: For orders over $200, I offer the option to split the payment into two 50% installments (50% upfront and 50% before delivery). For orders below this value, the full payment must be made upfront.2. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds: Refunds are only allowed before the work begins. If the delivery cannot be made within the agreed timeline, a 50% partial refund will be offered.
After the work begins, no refunds will be provided, even if the client is not satisfied with the final result. However, I offer three free revisions. Additional changes will incur a fee of $10 for simple changes and $20 for complex ones.Cancellation: You can cancel the commission before making payment, and your order will be removed from the waiting list.3. Creation Process and Revisions
The creation process is structured into four main steps, and you will have approval moments in each of them:
Order Confirmation + Payment: Once payment is made, I will confirm the start of the work.
Initial Sketch (Base Sketch): I will send the sketch for your approval. At this stage, you can request changes at no additional cost until you're completely satisfied.Order Confirmation: After approval of the sketch, I will send the artwork with finalized lines and base colors. Significant changes at this stage may incur additional costs.Final Artwork: Before the final delivery, I will send a thumbnail for review. After approval, you will receive the high-quality final file via email.4. Deadlines and Updates
The delivery time may vary between 2 weeks and 3 months, depending on the complexity of the artwork and my schedule. If unforeseen circumstances affect the timeline, you will be informed immediately.
Although I do not have a fixed update schedule, I will share progress at key moments (sketch, lineart, and colors). If you'd like to know the status of your commission, feel free to reach out.5. Privacy and Attribution
Personal Information: During payment, I will only ask for the necessary information to complete the PayPal transaction. Your privacy is my priority.Reselling Artwork: If you wish to resell or use the artwork commercially, prior authorization must be obtained.
6. Changes to the Artwork (Fees)
Simple Changes: Small alterations, such as color adjustments or minor details, will cost $10.Complex Changes: More significant alterations, such as pose changes or major elements, will cost $20.7. Private Artwork and Confidentiality
If you would like your artwork to remain private until a specific date, an additional fee will be charged to ensure confidentiality:
1 week to 2 months: A fee of 10% of the total value will be applied.8. Discussions and Commission Cancellation
Dissatisfaction with Artwork: If something in the artwork is not to your liking, we will do our best to find a solution that satisfies both sides.
Disrespect: In case of disrespectful behavior, the commission will be immediately canceled. A refund will be provided only if the artwork has not advanced beyond the lineart + colors stage.
I am always available to clarify doubts and assist, but, like anyone, I have my limits and expect our interaction to always be respectful.9. Feedback and Improvement
After the artwork is delivered, you will receive simple questions to evaluate your experience. Your feedback is valuable for me to continuously improve my services.
Complaints about Deadlines: Complaints will only be accepted if the agreed deadline exceeds the 2 weeks to 3 months range.10. Refusal of Commissions
I reserve the right to refuse any order, whether for personal or professional reasons.
If the refusal is due to my unavailability, your order will be placed on the waiting list.
If the refusal is due to technical reasons, the order will be removed from the waiting list.11. Accepted and Rejected

Purchase includes:Freerevisions during the sketch process. After the linework
begins, the client is entitled to three free revisions. From the
third revision onwards, a fee will be charged depending on the
complexity of the change.Simple Changes: Small adjustments, such as color tweaks or
minor details, are $10.Complex Changes: More significant alterations, such as pose
changes or major elements, are $20.— After the fourth purchase, a 10% discount will be applied to the
next purchase.Delivery Method:— All services will be delivered in PNG format and transparent
PNG. If the order has a background, the version without the
background will also be sent.— Allfiles will De organized in folders and sent to the client via
email (Email delivery ensures confirmation that everything has
